Our puppies are raised with love, family, farming and fun!

tubinis family homestead

We are a family of 8 living in a country town outside of Memphis, Tennessee where we’ve established roots on a 4-acre piece of property in 2016. We have chickens, a lake full of fish and of course our dogs! Every Spring we try really hard to build up a garden full of fruits and veggies. Last year we started growing our own luffas…they took over! We planted them around the chicken coop and as a climbing vine, they created a beautiful shade for our chickens in the hot summer heat. Matt and I both grew up in the suburbs, but we both had a heart for space and land. I grew up visiting my Grandma on the farm helping to birth, show and milk cows. I was a regular at the town fair when I was in town. But definitely a newbie to owning and running land. So Matt and I – newbies to the farm-livin’ life 6 years ago – today we have come a long way!

why breeding?

We love our dogs as much as the humans. We raise healthy, well-rounded dogs focusing on health and temperament-testing. We are dedicated the the Golden and Labrador retriever breed. They are full of energy, but love hard and are so dedicated to their family. They are beautiful and so loyal. They love our land and lake. I don’t know what our family would be like without our dogs and we want to share that with you all. I (Kristina) grew up with dogs. I remember going to the puppy stores to pick out puppies with my parents. In college, working three jobs – two were with dogs. I worked at a veterinary office doing the grunt work and a puppy shop in Collierville, TN. I learned quickly that these puppy shops were sad, over-populated, poorly ran and not the way a dog should enter the world. I know we need dogs (healthy ones!) in our lives, so I want to be a part of the solution and create the best environment for a puppy to be born into and find the best homes that will take care of them forever!
