Stud Services

A non-refundable reservation fee of $300 is due upon application approval to hold your puppy and determine your pick order. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the puppy. If you do NOT get the color/gender of your choice we will forward the deposit to a future litter one time before you forfeit your deposit.

Puppies are chosen between weeks 4-5 in the order the deposits were received, via a scheduled puppy visitation over Messenger or Zoom.

Puppies will be ready to go home during their 8 weeks of age.

Our price for a puppy includes:

DO WE DELIVER?

We love our puppies and until they are safe in your arms, we take every measure to ensure their safety and health. Families are expected to pick up their puppy in Eads, TN, a suburb of Memphis, TN. Travel and accommodations at the expense of the buyer. We do not ship our puppies, but we will hand deliver them.

Cost to Hand-Deliver by Car
  • 58 cents per mile round trip +
  • $40 an hour travel fee
  • Must be within 4 hours of Memphis, TN
  • $150 lodging fee if travel exceeds 8 hours
Cost to Hand-Deliver by Air
  • Cost of round-trip ticket including airline cabin pet fee and the cost of any additional paperwork required +
  • $40 an hour travel fee – time starts two hours before flight and ends one hour after flight lands
  • $150 lodging fee if travel exceeds 8 hours
  • We will hand deliver to you at baggage claim in the airport

The Adoption Process

1 – Apply

Completion of the application does not guarantee that you will be approved or commit you to purchasing a puppy yet. This is the first step. We still would love to get to know you, start a conversation and hear about your dreams for a new puppy!

2 – Submit your deposit – upon approval of application

Once we’ve gotten to know each other and you receive email approval, we will accept your non-refundable deposit of $300 that will go towards your total cost. Deposits can be paid through Cash, Cashier’s check, Venmo or PayPal (3-5% fee for non friends/family option). Deposits can be transferred to future litters once before it is forfeited.

We’ll respond with your approval or refusal. We reserve the right to deny anyone at any time if we feel that they’re not the right fit for one of our puppies. Again, we love our puppies and want the best for each one of them!

3 – Choose your puppy

We will keep you updated every step of the way! Puppies are chosen between weeks 4-5 in the order the deposits were received, via a scheduled puppy visitation over Messenger or Zoom. You will not be able to secure a puppy until a non-refundable reservation fee is paid. We know you have already been waiting so eagerly up until now and you still have a few more weeks to go. We will send updates with pictures, weight and more! SO CONGRATULATIONS! YOU ARE A NEW PUPPY OWNER!

4 – Pick up your puppy

Puppies go home at 8 weeks. On puppy pick up day, you will pay the remaining balance. We will finish paperwork, review again the Health Guarantee and sign. We will give you instructions, health records, as well as your puppy care package.

Again, families are responsible for their own travel and accommodations to pick-up their puppy and return home.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I visit your puppies?

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside visitors to meet our puppies for the safety of our dogs. However, we would love to video call at any time and we will allow visits to our property/farm. We have our whelping area set up in viewing distance from the outdoors, so you can peak in and visit the mom.

Do you sell breeding rights?

Currently our puppies are only being sold to pet-only homes, with limited registration. We may revisit this for future litters.

How soon do I need to schedule an appointment with our vet?

We encourage you to start your research and select a Vet of your choice as soon as you put a deposit down. Once puppy is chosen, make an appointment to see the vet and become and established patient within 3 days of brining puppy home.

Most vets will not see animals that are not established patients and if you have a medical emergency, you will need be left with using an emergency pet hospital whose prices are often much higher. 

What if my preferred gender, coat, or coloring is not available?

We will do our best to ensure you have the coat color you would like when we receive your deposit; however, it is really up to nature. We encourage you not to settle on one coat color type and connect with your puppy and make temperament the priority. If you are not satisfied with what this litter has to offer, your deposit is transferable up to one litter before you forfeit your deposit. 

Are the parents health tested?

Yes, our dogs are cleared of all breed related health issues through Embark.
